Germany midfielder Lewis Holtby to join Tottenham EPL Headlines
 (AP Photo/dapd/ Sascha Schuermann, File) LONDON (AP) Germany midfielder Lewis Holtby has agreed to join Tottenham from Schalke in July after reaching a deal with the Premier League club. Tottenham says the free transfer is subject to Holtby passing a medical examination. The 22-year-old Holtby rejected a proposed extension of his Schalke contract, which expires at the end of the season. Updated January 4, 2013
