QPR's Ferdinand joins Turkish club EPL Headlines
ANKARA, Turkey (AP) Turkish side Bursaspor says Queens Park Rangers defender Anton Ferdinand is joining the club on loan until the end of the season. In a statement posted on its website Tuesday, the top-flight Turkish club said Ferdinand had agreed to the terms of a loan deal that includes the possibility for Bursaspor to buy the player at the end of the season. The club says the 27-year-old Ferdinand passed his medical and a signing ceremony will be held Wednesday. Ferdinand joined QPR from Sunderland in 2011. Bursaspor is currently seventh in the Turkish league. The club won the league title in 2010. Updated January 29, 2013
