Baylor, Tennessee women remember shooting victims

WACO, Texas (AP) The women's basketball teams from Baylor and Tennessee honored the victims of the Connecticut mass shooting with green and white T-shirts representing the colors of Sandy Hook Elementary School.

Moments before the top 10 matchup, players for both teams came out for pregame warmups wearing T-shirts that had the letters S.H.E.S. and the words "We will remember" along with the picture of a ribbon. Third-ranked Baylor had green shirts and white lettering, and 10th-ranked Tennessee wore white shirts and green lettering.

There was a moment of silence before the game for the victims, including 20 students and six adults at the school, and families affected by the tragedy Friday in Newtown, Conn.

Coaches from both teams were wearing green and white ribbons. The non-starters wore the T-shirts on the bench.
